Stephen Omondi Atela is a special needs education teacher specializing in working with the Deaf. He is a committed community mobilizer and advocate for Persons with Disabilities (PWD). As the Vice Chair of the Grass Root Impact Center (GIC), he plays a key role in coordinating community engagement for GIC events and activities. Stephen holds a Diploma in Special Needs Education from KISE and a Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education from KNEC.
